Our fees for investment management services
GBIM charges simple clear fees so you will always know what the cost of our service will be. One fee is an administrative charge payable for your custody and administration service to Adam & Company, and the other is our investment management fee. The minimum annual total fees are £1,300.
We rebate any commissions received and make no transaction charges. There are no additional fees for ISAs or SIPPs. Some equity transactions may include a small third party brokerage commission. We make no hidden charges.
Tariff
- Discretionary portfolio management
A tiered management fee is charged. This is subject to an overall minimum of £500 per half year.
0.85% on the first £500,000
0.75% on the next £500,000
0.5% on the next £1,000,000
0.35% thereafter
Fees are calculated on the mid-market value of the fund semi-annually in arrears and are debited to the client’s capital account with VAT added where applicable. The fund will include the client’s principal portfolio, ISA portfolios, and balances on the capital account.
- Administration and custody
An all-inclusive fee of 0.20% per annum on the value of the fund administered is payable to Adam & Company semi-annually in arrears, subject to a minimum of £150 per half year and a maximum of £1,500 per half year.
- Dealing costs
All transactions are processed by the custodian and may include stamp duty. No transaction charges will be made by the custodian or manager. Third party brokerage charges are payable on some transactions at a rate of 0.2%.
